Transfer case motor does not work 4wd
cool thread! My t-case takes days to decide to switch back to 2wd from 4wd. I've put off buying a new motor because I can unlock my hubs manualy and not bind the front end. Manual locking hubs
Replacement Hubs Check out dynatrac.com, they have a conversion kit that will also get rid of the unserviceable unit bearing. You'll get new spindles, hubs w/ timken bearings, outer axle shafts, manual locking hubs and more. It's pricey, but if you plan on really keeping this truck, it adds...- Ford0273

Convert Transfer Case
Thanks Brandon, I didn't realize that motor would be that easy to take apart. I have the Dynatrac free spin conversion, and I don't use 4wd as often as I would really like, but winter will be here soon and 3-4 days of feeling the front-end spinning untill the motor decides to do to put me back...- Ford0273

Convert Transfer Case
I have the electric shift on the fly T-case, and whenever I have to use 4wheel drive, it takes about 3 days for the motor to switch back to 2wd. Air filters
I've had my K&N system on my truck for at least 4 years. I clean and oil it about every 15k, never had a problem, no dust or anything else in the intake.- Ford0273
