    Stacks on outside of bed

Stacks on the outside of the bed is very tricky. It can be done. We (Grand Rock) do not offer a kit per say, but I'm sure you can find all the parts in our online catalog.

We are looking for pictures of Stacks on your truck, since 2001. If you've had stacks for that long, we want to see em!!! I want smoke stacks.

DPF stands for Diesel Particulate Filter. It's an emmisions filter standard on ALL diesel powered cars and trucks 2008 and newer. (here in the states anyways.) There are even some 2007 Big Rig's with them on too.

    I want smoke stacks.

Nope, we do not build the MBRP kit. The big difference in our kit and MBRP is that MBRP uses 409 stainless for the y-pipe, and 304 stainless for the stacks. Their stacks reduce to 4" I.D. to adapt to the y-pipe. Our kit is 4" under the truck, unless specified for 5" inlet, and the y-pipe...

    Stacks again

Since the Y-pipe sits on Saddle clamps in the bed...you could put spacers there to raise the y-pipe up 1-2 inches if needed. See attached picture, it shows how the y-pipe mounts to the bed. Yep that is Pat's old truck...He's sold that truck since this photo shoot for Diesel World Magazine.

    Stacks again

The 36" miters would be about the same height. Maybe a 1/2" taller. You can always add stack mufflers to help keep the sound down in the cab. You do have to order from a dealer though...sorry. You can call me here if you like, and I can give you part numbers, and Dealer contact numbers.

    Stacks?

To be honest as long as your hole for the inlet is roughly a quarter inch larger than the pipe itself, you shouldn't have an issue with heat. I've seen several trucks with the drop in liners, and NO problems. The same goes with the spray in liners.
