Stock injectors here and no boost gauge :(, I have been running it hard the past few days and now the only code is 1211 icp not controllable. I am going to look for the most inexpensive way to replace my IDM, and is that does not work, off to the stealership. for some more diagnosis, Or just...- grmjepr

Almost like it is electrical, all this started originally when the driver side injector harness was replaced (once in a while ruff idle, then later the hesitation last year,). Todays seat of pants diagnostics were while going home from work (41 degrees cloudy) truck had constant ruff idle...- grmjepr

OK, drained the bowl and checked the turbo which is good. On my way into work this evening truck is now running worse, might be coincidence. Now at about 10% pedal i can make her stumble continuosly, and idle is much more ruff than before. Before idle would be good going back and fourth to a...- grmjepr

Awesome! I will check my turbo and drain my bowl, and let you guys know. might be tonight or next couple days. Any input on bad IDM thanks again, I finally feel like i am getting somewhere!!:sweet- grmjepr

No gauges here, all stock X with SCT tune and K&n cone filter. Changed oil and fuel filter with no luck of killin the gremlin. I did get it to constant hesitation at 1600 rpm's and about 10% throttle, must be the sweet spot because again it will do it at any rpm but still about 10% throttle...- grmjepr

It is a short stumble. I played with it on the way home this morning " east coast, 47 degrees". very, very light pedal it will not do it. from a stop, normal pedal, it will stumble. off and on pedal, aggressively, no stumble. cruise control, stumble, when throttle comes on and...- grmjepr

Dunno on the fuel pressure, but one thing i did forget to post is that when the gremlins come out, the " diesel motor typical knock sound " goes away for a brief moment, almost like one side not fireing, if you know what I mean, but under full throttle she is perfect.- grmjepr
