MBRP 3.5" DP Install

Hello everyone, Having some problems installing a 3.5" downpipe to my stock straight-piped exhaust. My truck is a early '99 F350 CC LB SRW 6sp manual trans. When I bought the truck I noticed the catalytic converter had been removed for a straight pipe with a ford serial number stamped on it...

In the power distribution box under the hood, does anyone know what number is the blower motor relay? thanks
