    I've already fixed the broken bolts off the turbo. In the morning im Goin to isolate the intercooler and pipes by capping the pipe before it goes into the y-pipe. And there shouldn't be any leaks there at all, it should hold pressure. I have a vacuum pump for a/c systems. Could that help me...

    its coupled to the turbo inlet. i can pressurize it but it loses pressure really fast and lots of air comes out the ccv from the drivers side valve cover. it does not hold pressure, i also put soapy water all over the boots and no leaks.

    ok i made the tool, cost me like $30 dollars. i put about 10 psi in the system and i have a leak coming from the pcv from the valve cover. does that mean a valve is not seated correctly?
