emailed a guy at circut board medics from sc told him my findings he said definite bad ficm. they charge around 350.00 to redo the ficm. does this seem high or is there a place that you guys trust and know.
ok here goes! I tested my ficm, with key on 48 volts dc. the instructions say to read while truck is cycling on the reading dropped to 19 volts dc. i guess this means its a new ficm for me.
i have a reader but it wouldn't do voltage. used a multi-meter came up with 10 on one of the 3 wires. i'm going to chk my ficm next thank you guys for all the help. i will keep you posted on this diemma. thanks so much again
my 2004 6.0 is pulling codes p2285 & p2286. i've changed the icp and cps still won't start. the codes are still coming up even after i changed these 2 sensors. any help of where to go next other than dealer would be appreciated.
