Saying good bye to my 7.3 for 6.7
It seems that I've seen a lot of cabs of newer Ford Diesels hanging from the ceiling at my local garage. I'll stick with my 2001 7.3 till it or I finally give out completely.- Phil

Help Needed 99 f-350 electronic issues
We lived on a gravel road for years and my 2001 F-250 7.3 liter super duty door locks are either locked up with dirt or hosed. How can I get the door panels off to clean that stuff our or better yet is there a simpler fix?- Phil

I'm new to this so bear with me. Don't know the sequence. I was driving and really got on my 7.3 and heard a loud POW like a gun going off. Immediately lost power. Thought something in tranny let loose. Turned out when I replaced a power steering pump line I under tightened the clamp on my...- Phil

Power stearing pump failure also affects brakes?
Happened to me a week ago. Same scenario. Luckily in my driveway. High pressure line from power steering pump to brake boost had blown at the pump. Replaced that and I'm back in business. $36 if I recall vs. garage charging at least a hundred.- Phil
