Question No DING when key is turned on.
there is a sensor on the ignition switch, that senses the key inserted, may be that, I have it malfunction on my older truck and it ding all the time with the key in even after start, I had to disconnect it to shut it up. if it is disconnected, it does not ding, may be a bad ignition switch- Tracy Mangus

leave truck, close door, honk honk

Fuel Capacity?
I have a 36 gallon tank on my 2017, and it has the same thing going on. I will also say that my old truck 2006 F350 did the same thing also, nothing new... with 50 miles to empty, still had 8-10 gallons of fuel, I believe this is by design for those out there that like to push the limits...- Tracy Mangus

Stripped oil pan bolt
I saw a similar discussion on a different site about the oil plug, the ones they got from ford was tight in and out to replace and did not fit well, got a non oem replacement from a parts store and it screws in and out fine, Just if you want to check that.. may not be the Pan- Tracy Mangus
