    Additional TPMS sensors

I don't know if the F250 hardware has an option, because there was never a dually F250. You'll need Forscan and an interface to start. You may be better served by posting your question in the Forscan forum. www.forscan.org

I put DEF in my fuel tank...

That red tab is a lock. Using a dental pick, slide the red tab away from the locking tab in the male side of the connector. A slight push down on the male side tab, and pull.

    Towing capacity from newbie

It all about what your door sticker says, and a bit of math. Chad can explain it way better than I can.

I put DEF in my fuel tank...

Diesel will float on top of the DEF. If you don't get every drop, I'm afraid the fuel pump will ingest it. Pretty sure you'll have to drop the tank and rinse it as well. This happens more often than you think. Maybe a call to a Ford dealer for their documented procedure...

    Fuel additives lubricity breakdown

I would shy away from 2 stroke oil in a 6.7 because of the DPF. Opti-Lube, or Alliant.

2011 Cranks but will not start?

Diesels just need fuel and air to run. Fuel pump coming on? Batteries load tested? Maybe this TSB applies to you? Some 2011-2015 F-Super Duty 6.7L diesel equipped vehicles may exhibit an illuminated MIL and DTC P0087,P0088,P0089,P0093, P228F or P2291 associated with a rough idle or crank no...

    “Injector Flush”

Both are good, but Alliant edges out Stanadyne IMO when you look at the list of ingredients. Stanadyne is from an injector manufacturer, and I've run gallons of the stuff. If you can get it, use it. Alliant just takes the mix a step further...

    Engine Mod Advice needed

Plastic tube from intercooler to intake. They will let go at the most critical time, like when pulling an RV and passing a truck. https://www.thoroughbreddiesel.com/122011/ Your 16 is the sweet spot for Scorpion development. It's very reliable.

    New Super Duty

Just picked up my '21 from Don Meyer Ford in Greensburg, Indiana. Great experience, family owned dealer for 57 years. It was delivered clean, full of diesel and DEF. They had what I wanted, gave me a fair value on trade. Of course they can order as well.

    “Injector Flush”

Find another dealer. And, IMO, you'll probably never need injector service if you keep them clean by dosing every gallon of fuel with Opti-Lube or Alliant. https://www.amazon.com/Alliant-Power-LUBRIGUARD-Diesel-Treatment/dp/B01LY0WR23

    upgrades

Gale Banks offers an external box that modifies a few signals that would not be detected. BUT, the fuel mileage you stated is not out of the norm for the 6.7. I got about 16 in my 2016 hwy, 12 when towing. My 21 got 14 on it's first trip home from the dealer 300 miles away.

    How are the 6.7's

2016 here, no complaints or problems. Now I will say that the statement about the early turbo's is partially true. I've known of a few, but it's a mixed bag. My BIL has over 100k on his original turbo. The CP4 pump has had some problems, but not as many as that would lead you to believe. Today's...

    Question Rear Axle Servicing

It looks like a new option has arrived. Jegs has a private label cover with a drain bung tapped in at the bottom. I still like Valvoline 75w140, available lots of places. Need a bargain? WM.com has 75w140 Transtar for less than 10 a quart and free shipping...

    2019 6.7L Diesel additives?

Absolutely. Stanadyne is my second choice, with Opti-Lube being my personal favorite.

    Anti freeze

Ford factory coolant in the 6.7 is Dexcool. Yep, that same stuff that plagued GM for years eating gaskets. Now, I'm certain that Ford has 2-EHA resistant gaskets, but I still recommend diesel coolants in diesels Shell Rotella NF or Rotella Ultra for the 6.7, IMO.

    Best Oil for Engine Life

You have a lot of choices. Any of the majors (that meet the Ford spec) will give excellent performance, there is no "best". Many "smaller" or less popular names give excellent performance as well. Hauling groceries, I can recommend 10w30. Hauling loads or trailers, I can recommend 15w40. If it...

    Cold Air Intake

Well, looks like you have hit every chat board with your experience, (advertisement?) . The air box on the 6.7 will flow more air than you will ever need, so no advantage to change. Take the foam prefilter out during the summer, stuff it back in for winter if you want to fiddle with it. As far...

Question CK-4 Rating Okay for the 6.0?

Ford's official stance is no CK-4 dual rated oils, that is CK-4/SN in any PSD. This is based on valve train wear seen in the 6.7. Ford's blanket statement is silly because there is no evidence that any of the other PSD offerings, 7.3, 6.0 and 6.4 experience the same results. (Except the 6.4...

    Exhaust kit

Really no reason to change DPF back unless you just cannot stand the y-tip. That tip does have a function though... During regen that tip would be blazing hot if it was solid. The perforated tip draws outside air in to cool it. Banks has a good looking DPF back with a cool cuff that provides...
