Definitely start with glowplugs, then the slow starting issue is due to over use of the starter you are simply wearing out your starter which may be the original unit. Oil Pressure fluctuating and power dropping
I have never used anything but Amsoil, Wix, or Donaldson oil filters. Never any ill side effects and my 7.3 has 375,000 + miles on it. Be sure to top it off with a good quality oil (I use only Amsoil synthetic). I would never go to an oil change shop. Do you really know what they are servicing...- 7MAGMIKE

Hi I don't know how I missed this website but from Georgia I own a 2003 F250SD with a 7.3. I bought it in 2010. My ride has 371,675 miles on the clock and still runs great, hope to double that.- 7MAGMIKE
