    you would have noticed a difference if you changed the injectors before the fuel system. with stock injectors, you won't really notice much of a power increase, but going from stock fuel to electric with bigger injectors already installed is where you notice the power increase

    you may want to try replacing the glow plug relay to help with the cold starts. you're right about the fuel drain, but try loosening the fuel bowl lid to let some air in then turning the yellow lever. there is a tube that goes down to the front of the block which could also be blocked if...

    uloadit is right. it's actually an easy fix. i did it a couple months ago. just use a little heat to break the original loctite loose. and it is important to have the hpop in the position uloadit described.

    i was running 255/85r16 before i did my dada 60 swap. the only issue i had was slight rubbing on the bumper during turns while braking. i didn't trim the bumper though. 295s may be too wide to fit on stock rims though.

    minimum hpo pressure is 500 psi to start. you can check the level of oil by the fill plug on the right side of the top of the hpo reservoir. it should be less than 1 inch from the top.

    you won't need to replace the hpop with upgraded injectors, but it will help some. it takes more time to remove the fuel bowl and replace it than the hpop itself. it is actually pretty easy without the fuel bowl in the way. the whole job can be done in about 4 hours if there are no problems...

    i don't think it will fit the f-superduty axles, but it will fit the sterling 10.25. powerstrokeshop.com has them. you also need longer bolts because the alum cover is thicker
