engine lopes on start up
well now the turd sprung a major oil leak. leaves a trail behind it and about 40 drops in the amount of time you come to a stop and shut the turd off. :rant looks like its coming off the driver top side of the block somewhere. time to powers wash the oily pig up and find where its coming from...- muddinmike

yep had lope issue and rough idle prior to HPX. I did the HPX because i searched around here and lots of people said the HPX was the cure :rolleyes: it didnt help at all and if anything the idle is even rougher now. engine lopes on start up
its a 2000 with the 7.3. i have a tony wildman chip on it. if i leave it in the economy setting it lopes. if i push the pedal or turn the switch to race setting it doesnt lope. but it didnt do it for the first year or so the chip was on there. so im wondering if the lift pump is gettin weak or...- muddinmike

anybody run one of these? from their flow specs it looks every bit of good as the AFE stage 2 for half the price. or should i just go with a big azz filter from napa? thoughts?- muddinmike

good shift kit ?
sonnax is garbage. i put one in my truck because thatys what the guys here recomended and did a little towing with it. trannie took a dive a month later. only had 70000 origional miles. so 3000 dollars later I had a new tranny put in and this one has a trans go tugger kit. seems to be working...- muddinmike
