I've got the AFE intake and Cortex programmer and I had the same issue. I get the service light on and a couple codes every few hundred miles. I just clear the codes and go on. At some point I'll get tired of it and go back to the stock intake. I've also got an MBRP exhaust. Getting good power...- jmascharka
