    starting problems

It sure sounds like the starter. I'd get it changed as soon as possible. It isn't hard to change at all. No different then any other starter really. If you can find one get a gear reduction starter. I don't have one but I've been told they are the trick.

    Tranny Rebuild

With that tranny you should be fine with the exhaust and intake. Even a chip probably won't hurt it too bad. I put the sonnex valve and trycumulater springs in mine years ago. I think they are a very good mod for the stock tranny. I've pulled and hauled more then probably 90-95% of the guys...

    tire Q for a dually

Well it is hard to tell without actually measuring them. With the metric measuring systom, the first number is how many millimeters wide the tire is. The second number is the aspect ratio, I/E 85= 85% of the width is the hight of the sidewall from the rim to the tread. 75=75% and so on. So a...

    Snow Towing

About all I can add is load the trailer correctly and DO NOT use a weight distributing type hitch. Just use the ball. I've pulled several guys out of the ditch that had their equilizer bar set tight. I actually puts less weight on the drivers and can cause rear wheel slippage. loading and...

    How hard to gutt EBPV?

Crumm probably has the directions, If not you could do a search over at the other place. I have a double pole double throw sitch in mine. It is wired up so that in one position the pcm controlls the ebpv. In the middle the ebpv is off. In the last position I have power going through a jake...

    How hard to gutt EBPV?

You can do it if you want but I would wire it up as an exhaust brake. You can use a dpdt switch and still have the factory setup, an off setting and also an on setting for the brake.
