Rear seat not folding down

Saw a '08 Super Duty today
At the local Ford Dealership they had a '08 SC 4x2 XL (power nothing) listing for 38+ on the sticker. That price included the 6.4 PSD which was $6895 for that option. I guess you get to pay $1595 more for .4 of a liter. I still perfer my '06 look over the new.- Murf06PSD
