fuel system questions/upgrades?
Bet the sender is working right by now eh? As for the filler pipe hole, if you do drop the tank, knock out the restricter in the tube while you are there. Ever stopped at a truck stop? The big truck diesel pumps will not fit in the small fillers unless opened up. Now wouldn't that feel foolish?- Tenn01PSD350

Went from ROUGH idle to no start. HELP!
Take off the fuel filler cap, remove the supply line from the tank to the pump, blow through the supply line into the tank with about 10psi and make sure it is free. Another thing you can do is hook up a hose from a fuel can right to the supply/intake part of the pump and see what happens. At...- Tenn01PSD350

Went from ROUGH idle to no start. HELP!
Remove the bowl lid and have someone turn the key, or better yet, jumper the pump from the battery until the bowl is about full. A couple seconds. No need for that. If you drained all the fuel out of the bowl once, there will not be enough left there to bother with. And you're welcome. As far as the GPs, you could plug the block heater in for about 30 minutes and not need them or at least rule that out. The switch is behind the kickpanel passenger side. There is even a hole to push it so the panel does not need to come off.
