    Does your truck have Rapidheat? My defroster is always on when I use the remote start and gets warm pretty quick. I haven't had an issue with seat heat or cooling. Do you have cloth or leather? As far as MPG, 11 seams low. I don't see 11 unless I am towing. Currently getting 14mpg in town...

    I had one replaced at 23,000 miles on my '11 under warranty. Drivetrain warranty usually only covers the big major components.

    No, but you will need to route the wiring for the driver side right under the fan shroud. I put the relay on the passenger side.

    I have used retro solutions on the last three trucks. I pulled the kit off the '11 and put them in the '12. I have 55w 4300K in the headlights and 55w 3000K in the fog lights. I ran 55w 5000k on my 2000 and they had a slight blue tint. The 4300K has no blue and is pure white in color. the...

    I try to avoid city driving as much as possible. If you don't get the system hot enough it is possible to have a regen everyday.

    Thanks. The local dealer here in Albuquerque only carries the Cyclones. Thier pricing isn't too bad. We may coordinate a trip home to Buffalo and stop in Indiana and buy one factory direct. I'll save all of the transport costs that way.

    Heartland makes some good stuff. I am currently looking at getting a Hearland Cyclone or Road Warrior toyhauler. There is a Heartland Owners Group forum. They should be able to answer any questions regarding the specific model you are looking at.

    7.3 are much more resilient to bad fuel than the newer trucks. How long is a long time? If you are worried about the fuel, drain the tank and change the filter. The new batteries should turn the engine just fine.

    This is what I have. My air horns are on a switch so that I can use the stock horn or air horns. When the alarm goes off and it's lined up for the horns it hurts.
