    Sounds like classic battery symptoms. It's getting cold out, get the batteries tested.

    I like my DP tuned chip, Jody is a great guy to deal with. TS also has some good programs. Puredieselpower.com has TS chips. As for the injectors, call Bean and BDP. BDP has amazing injectors and top notch service to match.

    Yup, it's my birthday :) I got my truck up and running today. I replaced all the orings on all the injectors. The truck runs like a champ. Thanks again for all your replys. I also want to thank Bean at BDP for helping me diagnose it. My truck is alive and well.

    Bean's customer service is the best!!!! He took a good amount of his time today to explain to me what to check and look over. I found an Oring blown out on the #3 injector that was leaking A LOT! I yanked all of them and have injector orings coming from Ford that should be here in the morning...
