    you can check the ficm your self to swamps diesel has a good tech artical on how to check your voltage. sounds like it could be the culprit on your vehicle shutting down.

    i would look into a spearco or a bd intercooler, and i think your exhaust is plenty for what your horsepower is, i would look into maybe a diff turbo to get your exhaust out faster or maybe even a water meth kit

    ive seen this kind of electrical issues before on the gassers mainly but water getting on the fuse block thats under the dash from water leaking in the front windsheild getting on it and causeing alot of electrical issues just another thing to check

    6.0 with EGR delete...problems?

    only other things that go wrong with these pickups is the oil cooler and the head gaskets. it would be good to run a aftermarket coolant filter, and maybe down the road get the oil cooler replaced, if it becomes plugged.

    Yeah the h&s mini max or black max is a good tuner. Get a full exhuast minus the down pipe. its pretty good in stock form. just when you do it remember to install programmer and turn off the dpf before you remove the stock exhuast.

    sounds like your ebpv is coming on and than going off and than on and off. Mine does it tell it gets up to a good warm temp. sometimes it drives me nuts!

    thats kind of funny i just fixed one it was killing number 5 injector too but it was rubbing on valve cover and grounding out. fixed it and new idm later and runs good

    i get a 1668 code for short or ground in ef line damged idm no power or bad pcm. i just replaced the idm three weeks ago and it went out again. hate to replace again if there is something else taking out the idm. if i put a good idm on it it starts right up.

    what sucks on a cylinder test is you cant do it tell it warms up unless you trick the sensor or computer out.

    well tore out thw injectors and the cups there was about three cups with cracks or more. sent my injectors to rosewood to do stage one. hope to be back together in a couple weeks

    i think its telling you it lost power.check your fuse for the air bag. if its good most likely its the peice where you turn it off and on at on the dash

    well i got new injector o rings and new injector cups coming. has to be those cups. no way a bad head gasket could put raw fuel into anti freeze. and the anti freeze still be green.

    ive already got rid of the fuel bowl setup. so just a little clearance issue is all so when i do my inter cooler i just need a big hammer which i have. thanks for the info
