03 vs 04/5/6 Turbo

What are the challenges of fitting a '04/05/06 turbo to an '03? Any difference in performance?

I'm not sure the difference, but I've heard many people say that the 03 turbo will make more power, I'm sure someone with more knowledge than myself will chime in here shortly.
