08 chrome grill

i noticed on my grill at the bottom, the chrome covering is starting to flake. It does not look like rock hit it or anything to start, or cause the problem. Whats the chances that could be covered by warranty?

I actually had mine replaced under the 3yr/36k warranty for the same

welp, i took it in and they fixed it while I stood there. took about 10 minutes. They said they see it all the time.
