I have a 09' F--350 with premium sound that has a factory sub woofer. I removed the rear speakers in the back panels and they seem to have some type of cross-over built in to them and each speaker has 2 wires one pos. and one neg also the crossover has a separate plug going to them. I am installing Infinity 6832CF speakers. What should I do with the crossover wires they were connected to the oe. speakers? The Infinity seem to have ther own crossover built into them. Should I run a pigtail to the oe. connector from the new speakers or should I not plug anything into the oe. connector? Will this affect the sub woofer?

Thanks

do you have tweeters in the back doors? that would be my guess as to why the factory have crossovers on them. make sure you hook up the new speakers before the factory crossovers to give the infinitys a full signal. no this should not affect the sub to my knowledge. hope this helps
