[IMG] Ok, got a real problem now. Cranked up the 2001 F250 this morning, no problem. Went to the DG about 3 miles away, turned it off, went in for ~7-10 minutes, came back out, no crank no start. Solenoid clicks, sounds like the gear is kicking out, had the starter bench tested, it passed. I bought a new starter anyway, installed it, same thing. Power is getting to the starter, batteries are both good, engine is not locked up.

    Any ideas?

It sounds like not enough power is getting to the starter. Double check all of your battery connections and grounds.
