Question 2003 to 2005 engine swap

so my 2003 6L , finally crapped out , I found a 2005 engine , what needs to be changed for the swap ? or is it a direct bolt in and go ? electronics etc ? thanks

Keep the 2003 electronics with the truck and new motor. You might find adapting the 2005 engine and computer to your 2003 truck could be a lot of work. The wiring harnesses will need to be changed at the least. Good luck!
