There is a service bulletin or something that pertains to a fitting inside the HPOP. You get a couple of brackets that hold in a pipe that works out of place causing hard or no starts. Newer 6.0s had this done at factory and some older ones had recalls but not all were fixed. Might be able to find it on Ford recall sight.
