Welcome to SDD dieseldoyle. Let me say that typing in ALL CAPS is considered shouting. I sold my 6.0 two years ago. So I am not up to date with this. Have you scanned your truck and what codes does it show. The codes will tell you what the truck thinks is wrong.

Have you drained the water-in-filter filter on the frame beneath the driver's seat? How much fuel is in your tank?

ok mike I will send you the icp voltage koeo. I cant remember but I believe it was .25 and I do reach 1150-1300 within 4 seconds of cranking and my ipr % is roughly 44%.i did unplug the icp to see if it was a biased icp sensor but still have same result.i will get back on it tomorrow and email you the results

This has been bugging me for a while. The only thing I can come up with is; have you changed BOTH fuel filters? One is in the water separator and the other is on top of the engine (of course). Do you get any smoke when trying to start the truck?
