Question 95 7.3 very loud

95 7.3 need help trying to find out we're the noise is comming from truck is running fine just very loud under truck after reading thinking exhaust leak but the loud noise goes away when I give it gas and bring up the rpms could it be an exhaust leak. Almost like running straight headers it's that loud
