I was talking to a guy a while ago, he told me that he and some more guys have this unplugged, and it saves about 1/4 tank of fuel on a 4 hour run. Sounds good, but I would like to know what I am unplugging first. It sets no codes or errors when disconnected. I was kind of thinking it may be the EGR, but am not sure. Didn't the last pcm update recall disable the egr?
Thanks,

Shane

Well, this was what I was thinking when I posted. But he swears it to be true. Says he made the trip yesterday, and it was better on fuel. I think I'll try it and see for my self.

ya know, if that was true, then i believe that everyone here would have already done it, and it would be listed in the sigs as a must have mod.

gotta be carefull and not believe everything you here.

Amen to that. He has it done. I was looking under the hood and noticed it unplugged. thats when he told me about it. Buut, he also said that it didn't set any error codes. It does on mine. But he has an 04.

Well I just picked up a Triple dog power pup for my 06 f350. I brought it home and d/l'ed the latest software from bullydog. I opted for the crazy larry version, thats one above the extreme. Anyone have this would like to tell me how it works. I have had a few too many adult beverages to install it and drive tonight. They d/l'ed the tri-before you buy today. It was only 60 hp, but what a difference. I am so excited to try out crazy larry tomorrow, that I am not sure I can sleep tonight.
