What all can you do with it besides the normal scaning? I know it can do the buzz test/cylinder contribution tests. Can you change settings (EG tire sizes, and axle ratios) in the ECM with it?

Not that I have found. There is another program with it Speed Tracer that allows you to time your own truck through the quarter mile by entering the parameters of the truck. But no speedometer calibration. Nobody that I know of offers this, except Ford.
