I have a 07 superduty with 58k 6.0 liter engine. Edge programmer, 4" mbrp exhaust, airaid intake. I am looking for something to do on my truck. Does anybody have any input on the banks intercooler? Is it worth the money, will I gain any hp or fuel mileage. I don't know much about them, and I have a stock turbo. Thank you for the help......

Not a Banks fan.

If it sez "Banks" (on Anything).. yer probably paying.. To Much.

There are several other vendors out there that have, Equal, if not Better.. up-graded Inter-coolers.. (and everything else) at more reasonable prices.

Check out some of the SDD site sponsors ? if they don't have them.. there may be some Links.

JMO but with the Mods you have.. I'm not sure you'd gain anything.. with a bigger/better inter-cooler.... specificaly.. MPG wize ?

I see that your new here and want to say Welcome to SSD.com. If Joe
and Roy say it you can take it to the bank, they have been there and done that.
I wouldn't add anything to your truck tell after you do the head bolts
and gaskets.

Banks makes good stuff but they are expensive and really they are meant to be used as part of the Banks system. If you're going to mix and match parts I don't think you'll see much of a gain if any by going with the Banks system. If you haven't had head gasket issues yet with your current mods consider yourself lucky. If it were me I'd be doing head gaskets and studs before thinking of doing anything else.
