Best Tire Size for 18x9 Wheels

In around a year, I'll need to get new tires for my truck. I'd like to look at getting a set of custom 18x9 wheels, maybe 18x10. I want to be sure and stay within the best range of offset and backspacing so I don't kill wheel bearings. I'll probably stay with 9" width for this.

With this wheel size, what tire size would be best, so that I don't need a lift? I've already got the 2.5" leveling spacers on the front end, the rear is stock.

I'm running LT295/70R18 nitto's on 18x9 wheels with a 2.5" level kit. Hope this helps.
