cb radio speaker tied to stock radio

Does anyone know if I can tie the speaker output into my stock radio speakers, so i can hear it when folks call me?
my factory radio has a phone icon button on it, but i am not to sure how it works

If your factory radio has the phone button on it, it may work even on the later models, but check by calling the vendor to be sure. I don't know if you have a radio/cassette, radio/CD, or radio CD changer with the RES plug on the back of the radio. It makes a difference. Also, 2005 and up radios have a new data bus scheme that, while universal to the industry, isn't out there in the aftermarket in great numbers yet.
