Help Needed changed CPS still no start?

this morning I changed out my CPS and my truck still doesnt start, the codes I got p1211 and p1212 could I have a fuel preasure problem? posibley a different sensor or preasure regulator?

can anyone tell me where the injector preasure control is and how to test it?

ICP is located on the top of the left head, if you just unplug it that should throw the IPR into a default limp mode and you should get a rough idle condition. Also make sure to look at the connector on the IPR valve itself which is located on the back of the HPOP.
