clear veggie oil in rockwall/rowlett area

My Mom has a "carney" trailer out at the canton trade days flee market.
She uses only clear veggie oil and is interested in making bio. but she has not the time or the dexterity, but is interested in maybe helping someone out with the supply of some good qulaity oil for some bartering of some good homwbrew bio

If you reside most anywhere in the souther part of the USA. You know about Canton, TX It is a neat place to spend a weekend camping.
