This ad is for a READY TO DROP IN AND USE, COMPLETE and RUNNING 2004 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel ENGINE (Late 04 Build). This engine is still in a truck, which can be driven. The truck has not been in a wreck, it is not being sold because of any type of damage. The truck is being used for a project and the engine and trans (being sold separately) are not needed. This engine has 141k miles, RUNS GREAT and has a lot of upgrades:
- All (8) injectors replaced 60k miles ago (approx)
- Cylinder Heads Decked and O-Ringed
- Engine Block Decked
- New Head Gaskets
- ARP Head Studs
- EGR Delete
- Coolant Return Kit
- Oil Cooler Replaced when Headwork Performed
- Regulated Return Fuel System
- Brand New High Pressure Oil Pump
- Brand New HPO Stand Pipes
- Brand New HPO Dummy Plugs
- Brand New Water Pump
- Stock Turbocharger (only 30k miles since replacement)
- All Above Work and Service/Maintenance Performed by myself or Strictly Diesel
This truck has only run mild TOW and ECONO/STREET tuning since the head and block work were performed. It has not been abused.
Engine is being sold as-is, no warranty. It is a complete engine, turbo to oil pan, cooling fan to flywheel, "intake elbow" to "turbine housing" (not including the cold air intake, intercooler and tubes or exhaust downpipe). It also does NOT include the FICM or the engine PCM, but the entire engine wiring harness will be left in place.
Asking $5000 o.b.o. for the complete engine (no core necessary)
I will NOT part this engine out, please don't ask about buying the turbo or injectors or any other individual engine components. This engine runs too good to be disassembled and parted out.
