controller or chip?

i just put a new trans in my trk and dont like the shifting of it, Ive been told that i need to buy a "brain" or controller to firm it up etc???, i would like one i have seen in a mag or tv? dont rem but you could change it as you drive for performance etc as well to towing witch i do a lot of( towing), almost every day.any ideas, :thanks :thanks
what do you all think of this??????

im not really up on my programmers, but im not sure if the one you have listed is "change on the fly"

my cousin has the bully dog programmer in his 6.0, it is change on the fly, and he loves it. he does not however, tow anything more than 4000lbs, farther than 10 miles.
