Coolant in the valley

I found coolant in my valley, any idea what's causing this?

I found coolant in my valley a while back. After searching and searching I found that the thermostat housing was leaking a little and the fan was blowing the leaking coolant into the wiring harness behind the housing and depositing it in the valley right behind the HPOP.
