Question Crank, no start

So I have 2000 7.3, which I can't get started. I changed the icp, CPS, glow plug relay, and ipr valve. Still no start. Recently, it's been dying out like the batteries are dead. I tested them a couple times and both showing good. Someone told me it maybe the idm. Need suggestions/help asap.

Is it throwing any codes and can you read them with a simple code reader? Have you checked your ground cables and connections? There's a body ground that can cause weird issues but I've never seen it cause a no-start. Does it smoke when you crank it? What's the fuel pressure (could be the frame rail mounted pump is failing).

I wouldn't throw an IDM at it until you do more troubleshooting. It wouldn't hurt to check the connections to the it though. They have been known to corrode.
