59.99 for glow plug check
349.99 for 4 glow plugs
649.99 for 8 glow plugs
119.95 for fuel filter change
59.99 for air filter change
99.99 for oil and filter

Write them back and tell them you really appreciated the comic relief. Nothing better that a good laugh in the middle of the day.....

THEN, say something like, "OK, now that the funnin's over, how much is [put whatever you want here]" ...I always like to hear their reaction....
OR, ask them what type of full synthetic oil they're using for that oil change.......

$120 for a fuel filter change, WTF!! . That's even too much for the 6.0. I can't imagine paying that much for a < $30 filter and the 2 minutes it take s to change it on a 7.3.


Now the air filter I would go for if they would replace my AIS filter for that amount.

Thats bad, even for a dealership.... Our local dealership charges $39 to change the filter on a 7.3. Even at that price, as easy as the filter change is, I'll do it myself, thanks.
