diesel leak question again

I have just replaced O-rings with viton 202 1/2od 1/4id and I am still getting the leak out of the drain onto framerail pretty bad....Is the valve bad or something else? At first it was because the valve was turned the wrong way and then I switched it and slowed but it is still pretty severe....what do I do?? Let it run longer to see if it is fixed or does it need to be replaced?

I'd replace the whole assembly or one/both of the O-rings are damaged in some way by a small slit or something.

O-rings and assemblies from Bill at Dfuser

Garrett at Pure Diesel Power also stocks the O-rings and complete assemblies.

I have to replace the drain O-rings on our '02 soon as well.
