Do i have to change anything on my truck to run say B80?
I finaly saw somewere that had bio about 100 miles from here, i go past it once in a while was thinkin about tryin it.
Do temps have an effect on it?

bio has a higher gel point so you will want a blend if your temps get below 40-ish. I dont know the specific ranges for the various blends but they may have been discussed here before. If you run a high concentration for any extended period, keep an eye on your 2 fuel return lines. Several of us have had to replace them with teflon lines. The upside, they are cheap. I paid $27 for the pair and they were made while I waited.

This time of year I dont plan on going more than B50 but then Im just taking a stab at a workable percentage for my temp range. Then again, Im still working on a source.

Give it a try, you'll like it Im sure.

I think you will be alright with B80 and your temperatures. I was running (and I still do) B99 here in the early spring and I had no problems with starting in the mornings with temperatures in the high 30's and low 40's.
