Question Does anyone use Z-Max?

I use a full synthetic oil in my 6.4L PSD. Is Z-Max worth it or is this just another snake oil product. I've never used Z-Max but see it advertised quite a bit lately.

I am not an expert, but have read that if you are using a decent diesel oil and oil filter, there is never a need for an oil additive. A decent diesel oil will have the proper additives already added.
