Question DP 5 Tuner ??

Which tune is better for fuel economy?
60hp Econo
or
80hp Econo?

Any other Tunes worth buying besides the 100 HP and 140hp

there is no concrete answer to which tune you will get better mileage from. It all depends heavily upon your right foot and how & where you drive. In general the lower the power added the better the mileage however between +60 & +80hp the difference is going to be less than 0.5mpg and may not even be detectable or statistically significant.
