dpf delete

I am new to the diesel scene. What are the advantages of a dpf delete pipe and what other modifications does it take to accomplish this. I have an Edge Evolution that I am beta testing for them, but I really don't know what I am doing and am looking for some good advice to kill some of the Hondas around here. Any advice or input is greatly appreciated. I should also let you know that I have an 08 extended cab with 6000 miles on it and all stock except for the programmer.

With the DPF delete pipe you will lose the restrictions placed on the engine from the dpf itself and also the cat (if you delete that as well- I personally did). Also you will save fuel because without the dpf your truck will not be required to go into regeneration and burn all of the extra fuel. There are a few threads in the 6.4 section about this and some of the kits we're using. Welcome and don't hesitate with any questions!

What is the out put difference with the dpf delete. Has anyone had problems with the kits?
