dually rear fender removal

how the hell do i get the rear fender off my dually. i have the inner plastic off and the 5 bolts off the bottom and 6 off the inside but it looks like there are some plastic clips holding them on, how do i take these off or get the fender off them..... im panicking

its a 06 f350 dually 8ft bed crew cab btw

upper inner edge there is a long plate that squeezes the top of the fender onto the bed

its been a while but i think the bolts that squeeze the long plate can be accessed through the inner fender...but its BEEN a WHILE

i got those plates off, the white plastic clips have me scratching my head tho
