Help Needed electrical problem

ok so here we go. i am in desperate need of some help here. i have a 2003 f250 4x4 7.3. i have never had a problem with this thing until now. heres what its doing. when i turn the ignition off and take the key out the ac blower motor still runs. so i have to turn it off manually. also the vaccumm pump under the hood will run also, which will sut off after a few seconds. in addition to that every 30 minutes there will be some beeping from under the dash. it will beep a total of 25 times, in 5 beep incrimates. i have no earthly idea what this could possibly be. someone please help!!!!!

Did somebody at some point in time put an aftermarket alarm or stereo system in this vehicle?

Yeah, it is that beeping that makes me think something aftermarket is stuck under dash and hacked into a factory harness.

The beeping under the dash sounds like the air bag warning beep. It will beep in cycles but I forget how many...
