Installed new oil cooler from BPD. Started truck and took a second then idled for a minute and died. Now it won't start. Any clues?

You probably have air in to oil system. It needs to be purged. Keep cranking on the starter and it should fire. Do NOT crank for over a minute at a time -OR- you will be buying a new starter.

Are your batteries good? This engine needs to crank at 500 + RPM for the injectors to fire. A weak battery will make 200 RPMs maybe.

Batteries are good plus I had jumpers from another car because I knew I would be cranking it for a while. I watched ICP and it is only going to 270 while cranking. Pulled IPR and the screen has a huge slit in it. So now driving back from dealership with new sensor. I will check after I install to see if it gets above 500

Dave, thanks for mentioning the need to purge the system. This is what got me looking into the IPR.
