Factory Zoodad?

I took the grill off today ....seen a possible baby zoodad.....

Plan to open her up to the retuns ..w/ screening.

I have seen some people take that rectangular hole and make it bigger.

I did that and on my 2005 the opening is behind the left side grill Bar. Its completely hidden and can only see it from the side. The Grill Bar protects any objects that may fly in the inlet. My open area is same size as the filter area.

I think the header panels on the 2005 to 2007's have that hole, where as the 2003 to 2004's do not.

But I could be wrong, I don't remember seeing that hole in my header panel.

The flat area to the left of the rectangular opening is where you need to cut for the ZOODAD.
