Fog lights...

Are the wires for the fog lights installed on a truck that does not have fog lights? If they are I should be able to replace the headlight switch with one that has the fog light control and just connect up the fog lights, right? I'd rather do this than waste an upfitter switch on the fog lights. I'm going to need those switches for the train horn, offroad lights and back up lights.

Mine did not have the wiring and the only thing I could find was a kit from ford for around $400 that had everything for the lights. Me being broke I got a set of new take offs with pigtais off of ebay for $75 and wired them to #1 and #2 is wired to some cheap driving lights under my rear bumper for backup lights.
