It's nice to see that Ford is the only one of the "Big Three" that didn't need any bailout money. This should raise their standings in the eye of consumers considering all the negative publicity a few years back with the Firestone tires, "Exploders" and Crown Vic gas tank problems. In addition Ford's quality is now much better than before (even after they don't promote "Quality Is Job One"). I've also heard that the new 2010 Fusion will have a big impact on the future automotive market (most likely because of the hybrid that will have better mileage than a Camry). I would say that things are looking much better for Ford.
